Framework Agreement to Supply Specialised Windows. To provide Specialised Windows primarily for LPFT Mental Health Units throughout Lincolnshire. The Framework Agreement will be to provide the contracted services to Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, however during the lifespan of the Contract United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust and Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust may enter into a Contract with the Contractor. There is no guarantee that United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust and or Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust will take up the option to enter into a Contract. The Contract is based on the provision of the specified service rather than a set number of hours to be worked and it is the Contractors responsibility to ensure that the specification can be met under the prices submitted, regardless of number of hours worked. This is a 1 stage process and documents are available to be downloaded now. All bidders must ensure that their completed uploaded documents are submitted before the closing date of Noon on the 31st August.
