Tender description
This contract is to assist with extending the useful life of the IT infrastructure when OEM's are no longer prepared to provide support for their legacy systems. Scope of the contract : • Break-fix - to include servers, storage, network, desktops, laptops and printers including available firmware upgrades as required. • Fixed Price Repair (FPR) - Time and materials fixed price repair for non-critical items of equipment that do not require annual cover.
