Tender description

The BBC is conducting a competitive procurement for the provision of the TAM (Television Audience Measurement) analysis system. The BBC's current TAM analysis system has approximately 200 users across the BBC. The system is accessed via a web browser using Citrix (software designed to facilitate secure access to applications and content). It is used by Audience Research and Media Planning teams based in various locations in London and across the BBC regions. The BBC requires an 'off the shelf' established TAM analysis system that is designed to enable straightforward analysis of BARB audience data. The tool must also accommodate some bespoke BBC needs (details are included in the "Specific Services required" section). With regards to the estimated total value of this contract, 1 000 000 GBP is the maximum amount estimated. The estimated range of the total value is between 800 000 GBP and 1 000 000 GBP over the full term of the contract including extensions (5 years).
