Supported Accommodation and support for Vulnerable People with Multiple Complex Needs. The service will offer supported accommodation in small properties throughout the Borough. Clients may be homeless, leaving prison, require move on from the Homeless Hostels or other supported accommodation, have multiple complex needs which will include substance misuse and mental health issues.
