Phoenix community HA is seeking quotes for our 2018 STAR Satisfaction Survey. This survey will consist of 2 separate surveys one for leaseholders and one for tenants and should be conducted by telephone. The survey will be used to shape our future plans and benchmark our services. Phoenix Community Housing, working with staff and residents will set questions based on the STAR Guidance and previous surveys consisting of all of the CORE STAR questions and 6 additional questions. We will provide a database of residents to be contacted in MS Excel. We require an external company to carry out the telephone interviews with our residents using the STAR Methodology. The survey responses must be returned securely in MS Excel to allow analysis to be carried out by us and the format must be approved by us in advance.
