Tender description

The provision of support and resettlement for young people aged 16+ “in care”, and those who are homeless or at risk of being so. The proposed model will be to provide flexible support, tailored to the individual client; with the ultimate goal of enabling young people to live independently, either in private rented accommodation or council accommodation. For those in care, the housing and resettlement support will be part of a wider personal plan.
