Tender description

The Council is looking to set up a Framework for Manned Security Guard Services for the following Lot(s): Lot 1: Aycliffe Secure Centre Lot 2: Depot Guarding, Key Holding and Access Control Lot 3: NETPark Incubator Lot 4: Site Security Lot 5: Crowd Management & Event Security Lot 6: Lone Worker The Council intends to appoint a single Provider for Lot(s) 1, 2 and 3 and a maximum of 3 ranked bidder(s) for Lot(s) 4, 5 and 6. TUPE is applicable to Lot(s) 1, 2 and 3 The Framework is to commence on 1st November 2018 for an initial period of 2 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years. To provide manned security guard services 24/7, 365 days per week To provide manned security guard services To provide manned security guard services at NETPark Incubator To provide manned security guard services for various sites throughout the County of Durham To provide manned security guard services for Council Festival and Events To provide a Lone Worker Response Service 24/7, 365 days per year
