Require Lone Worker service provision and devices over a 5-year period. Provision of Lone Worker devices and services for an initial contract period of 3 years, with an optional two year extension period. To cater for our differing users we require the following devices: — ID Badge style — for front line staff who are required to wear their ID badge — Watch style wearable device — for staff that complete manual tasks without compromising ease of access and clarity of any recorded interactions, — Fob style and Mobile Phone App — suitable for infrequent lower risk lone workers. All devices need to be ‘single box’ solutions rather than ‘two box’ (i.e. Bluetooth link) in order to remove risks associated with performance and usability. To ensure timely coverage across the whole county, we require a Level 1 Police Response which is allocated to ARCs that are certified to BS 5979 (Cat 2) or EN 50518. The customer portal must act in near real-time for all changes/ report generation and include analytics on usage, user training and alarm statistics.
