THG are seeking to procure a framework for the provision of its day to day compliant scaffolding requirements to cover repairs and maintenance, investment works, major projects and sundry access requirements. This will be classed as Lot 1. Lot 2 will be for specialist scaffolding to medium and high rise buildings. Lot 1 THG are seeking to procure a Framework for the provision of its day to day compliant scaffolding requirements to cover repairs and maintenance, investment works, major projects, and sundry access. Scaffold are to be erected no earlier than 48 hours prior to the day of use, scaffold required for use on a Monday are to be erected on the previous Friday. Scaffolds are to be dismantled within 48 hours of receiving the dismantle notice. Rates for erection and dismantle should include for 2 weeks hire. Additional hire charges will only apply from the fifteenth day after the date the scaffold is required. All the contractors carrying out work for THG will be required to attend monthly review meetings to discuss health and safety, workload, quality and monitor Key performance indicators.
