The Contract is for the provision of: • External repairs including re-slating roofs, renewal of rainwater good, stone, brick and timber repairs • Internal repairs including wall plaster, timber first and second fix joinery, electrical and mechanical services renewal and decoration • Alterations including internal re-ordering, provision of a platform lift, external ramp and internal fit out to accommodate the new use as exhibition space, meeting room, office and store.
