Tender description

The Bristol and Weston Procurement Consortium (BWPC), acting on behalf of the North Bristol NHS Trust, the University of Hospital Bristol Trust, the Weston Area Healthcare Trust and Bristol Community Health (the Commissioners) will be commencing a tender for the provision of Waste and Recycling Services. The Trusts, through the BWPC, are currently looking to establish single or various providers of clinical, non-clinical and confidential waste collection and recycling services for the numerous facilities from which they operate. These services will cover specific locations throughout the Bristol and Weston-Super-Mare area. The procurement will be conducted as an OJEU Restricted Procedure under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Collection and disposal of Clinical Waste from various locations in the Bristol and Weston-Super-Mare area. Collection and disposal of Non-clinical Waste and Recycling from various locations in the Bristol and Weston-Super-Mare area. Collection and disposal of confidential waste from various locations in the Bristol and Weston-Super-Mare area. Collection and recycling of single-use surgical instruments from various locations in the Bristol and Weston-Super-Mare area.
