Brief Description of Requirement Titanium Conductivity, Temperature and Depth (CTD) Frame Construction has begun on the RRS Sir David Attenborough (SDA) - one of the most advanced polar research vessels in the world. In 2018 scientists researching oceans, ice and atmosphere will have access to state-of-the-art facilities on this floating laboratory. This requirement calls for one CTD frame to be delivered by the 16th November 2018, with the option to buy a second, to the same specification, within 5 years. The total price provided shall be for both frames. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the RFx attachments tab within the Emptoris System. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
