Provision of an Event Management Service for the Council’s Civic Venues

Bury Council is seeking quotations to support the Council’s Venues Team to deliver a series of business events which reach out and engage the local and wider business community. Bury Council wants similar events, in subsequent years, to become an ongoing feature in the diary of Bury businesses. As part of that process we are seeking a suitably qualified organisation to provide an event management service to deliver a professional, financially sustainable and high quality event series for Bury Council. The successful bidder will work directly with Bury Venues with support from the Council’s Economic Development team who will be involved with the events and provide a link to the local business community. They will assist with the facilitation of the event providing catering, refreshments, PA, lighting and AV equipment as required. The team will assist in marketing the events and proactively promote the events through a range of business networks including those involved with the Economic Development team and Bury Venues as well as access to their extensive contacts.
