The council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide a service broadly comprising: annual household canvass:- to print and dispatch, Household Enquiry Forms (HEF); internet /SMS HEF response service including daily downloads. Elections: — to print and deliver to the council, ballot papers for polling stations. Print, assemble and dispatch to electors, absent vote packs and poll cards.
