Gas and Electricity Framework for the University of Leicester who are setting up a framework for supply of half hourly electricity, flexible gas and non-half hourly electricity on behalf of themselves, Loughborough University and Leicester District Energy Company Ltd. The contents of this document are to provide such details, as suppliers may need to take part in the process of bidding through the use of a Competitive Procedure with Negotiation. The framework will begin on 1.10.2018 for a maximum of a 48 month period. The University of Leicester is establishing a framework agreement, for use by themselves, Loughborough University and Leicester District Energy Company Ltd, for the supply of flexible contracts for Mains Gas which is capable of Delivering a Flexible Purchasing Product – (Cashout only Product) Approximate Framework Volume 176 000 000 kWh per annum Approximate Value 3 800 000 GBP per annum This will be awarded to a single supplier for supplying all the framework needs The University of Leicester is establishing a framework agreement, for use by themselves, Loughborough University and Leicester District Energy Company Ltd, for the supply of flexible contracts for electricity which is capable of delivering Flexible Purchasing product – (Baseload only, Volume Tolerance Product) Approximate Framework Volume 47 000 000 kWh per annum Approximate Value 4 500 000 GBP per annum This will be awarded to a single supplier for supplying all the framework needs The University of Leicester is establishing a framework agreement, for use by themselves, Loughborough University and Leicester District Energy Company Ltd, for the supply of fixed price contract for Non Half Hourly electricity (Fixing both wholesale energy and third party costs). This will include and fix — CfD, FITS, RO, CM, BUSOS, Elexon and EII Approximate Framework Volume 1 400 000 kWh per annum Approximate Value 200 000 GBP per annum This will be awarded to a single supplier for supplying all the framework needs.
