Local Plan Viability Assessment

Tender description

The Isle of Wight Council (\"the Authority\") invites Quotes from suitably qualified suppliers (\"Potential Suppliers\") for the provision of a local plan viability assessment. The Isle of Wight Council is undertaking a local plan review, and is preparing a new local plan - the Island Planning Strategy. The Authority wishes to commission a viability assessment of the emerging Island Planning Strategy. The viability assessment report will provide an evidence base to assist the council identifying the viability impacts of emerging planning policies, and make recommendations to the council to ensure that the Island Planning Strategy, when taken as a whole, is viable and deliverable. The contract will commence on 30 July 2018 and will end by the 28 September 2018. A preliminary viability assessment is required by no later than the 14 September 2018 and the final report must be completed and signed off by 28 September 2018.
