Tender description
The LCC Council Housing Growth Project is a key corporate priority and the Council has identified a number of further potential sites upon which it wishes to develop new build social housing schemes. We are submitting bids to MHCLG in September 2018 for additional HRA borrowing to support these schemes being taken forward from April 2019, and your feedback is being sought in the formative stages of the procurement planning to gauge both your interest in these schemes as a potential supplier, and so that we can factor considerations around supplier capacity & deliverability and also commercial viability in to planning the lots and the procurement exercise. Your input will help us ensure we maximise market appeal in determining the scheme bundles, and that the schemes are grouped and sequenced in such a way as to optimise their deliverability from a supplier perspective.
