Tender description
This procurement is divided into 2 lots as follows: Lot 1: Managed Service IT Operations and Helpdesk Support. — Managed Service of Server Infrastructure and private cloud support; — IT Service desk and user helpdesk support; and — Microsoft productivity application and azure support. Lot 2: IT Operations and Service Consultancy, Governance and Project Assurance. — Ad-hoc advice, consultancy and implementation services Please note: It is a requirement that a separate provider is select for each Lot. — Managed Service of Server Infrastructure and private cloud support; — IT Service desk and user helpdesk support; and — Microsoft productivity application and azure support.
