Tender description

The PCC will be creating a multi-disciplinary victims single point of contact for the region where victims can receive a triaged approach for their care and support needs. This will sit within the force. In addition to this, and the reason for this PIN, the PCC will be seeking to tender face to face support for victims of crime which will accompany and add value to the cope and recover outcomes required from the referrals which will be sent from the single point of contact. This service will operate across West Mercia and meet current MoJ requirements, enable the PCC to be Victims Code of Practice and EU Directive compliant.
