GB-chertsey: Design Consultant - Urology Building Extension

Tender description

Ashford and St.Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has proposed to build 2 numbers of building extensions on separate locations. Building extension 1 (Lot 1) is to create a single storey building which will be built in the courtyard between the Urology Centre and the link corridors at level 3 for the Urology and ITU departments. A new enclose link corridor will be formed to provide a short distance access for in-patients from Duchess of Kent and Modular Wards to the Urology Centre. Building extension 2 (Lot 2) is part 2 storey building for a new Paediatric Assessment Unit (PAU) at ground floor and office at first floor. This will stand on the courtyard on the north-east side of the Duchess of Kent wing adjacent to Ash Ward. The existing Nursery School in Ash ward will be refurbished and form part of the new PAU. Ashford and St Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust wish to procure a design team for the design, procurement and administration of the project.
