Gas Servicing, Maintenance, Repairs and Boiler Installs Procurement for Notting Hill Genesis

Tender description

The scope of works will include the provision of gas servicing, maintenance, repairs and boiler installs, as well as electric heating, to Notting Hill Genesis's housing stock of approximately 50,000 properties. Due to spread of properties and scope of works, the contract will be divided into five geographic lots. The estimated total value for the contract is up to £50,000,000 GBP, across a maximum nine year period. The full scope of works, contract period, delivery methodology and therefore overall value for the contract, is not fully concluded at this time and will be subject to further reviews. Further information will be provided at a proposed "Meet the Buyer" session (soft market test event), the details of which are provided within the "Additional Information" II.2.14 of this Prior Information Notice.
