Framework for Manned Security Guard Services

Tender description

The Council is procuring a Framework to provide manned security guard services for the following Lot(s): • Lot 1: Aycliffe Secure Centre • Lot 2: Depot Guarding, Key holding and Access Control • Lot 3: NETPark Incubator • Lot 4: Site Security • Lot 5: Crowd Management and Event Security • Lot 6: Lone Worker Framework/Contract Period The Framework will commence on 1st November 2018 until 31st October 2020 with an option to extend for a further 2 years. The Council intends to appoint a single Provider for Lot(s) 1, 2 & 3 and a ranked system of a maximum of 3 bidder(s) for Lot(s) 4, 5 & 6 for a 12 month period whereby all bidder(s) ranked position on the Framework will be subject to a price refresh based on 100% price after the initial 12 month period Keywords: Manned Security Guard Services, Crowd Management Services, Event Security
