In summary, the Services comprise: the implementation of energy efficient measures in 6 No. Council operated buildings in County Meath to include: • Boiler Upgrade (the works involve removing, decommissioning of old boilers and replacing them with new energy efficient systems, and commissioning of same), and shall include controls where necessary, zoning, weather compensation, and the installation hot water heating systems. • Internal LED lighting and motion sensor controls with day light dimming where specified plus external LED lighting, to include emergency lighting. • Upgrading existing Building Management Systems
