Durham County Council is seeking to appoint a heritage consultant to assist in the preparation of a Round 2 Townscape Heritage application for Seaham Conservation Area. It is expected that the Heritage Consultant will have the relevant experience and expertise in preparing Stage 2 Townscape Heritage Applications and the capacity to meet and deliver the requirements of this project brief within the allocated timescales and HLF deadlines identified.
