Duleek, Bellewstown & District Community Partnership Facility CLG are seeking to obtain tenders from the market prior to the appointment of a Main Contractor for the construction of a Community Facility at a site located at Duleek/Bellewstown GFC grounds at Navan Road, Duleek, Co. Meath. The following is a summary of the proposed works; i) Building Phase 1 – comprises of the shell and core for the two story building, together with the completion of the four changing rooms, all as delineated on the ‘Phasing Extent Document’ ii) Building Phase 2 – Comprises the complete fit-out of the ground floor reception area and the complete first floor, all as delineated on the ‘Phasing Extent Document’ iii) Car Park – as shown on drawing 1735 - DR050 - A - Car Park Layout and as described in the Phase 4 - Car Park BOQ
