North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is a commissioning support service hosted by NHS England and is managing this procurement process for and on behalf of NHS England South (Wessex) (the Contracting Authority).The Contracting Authority is procuring Child Health Information Services (CHIS) in Hampshire, Portsmouth & Southampton, and Isle of Wight. The Contracting Authority plan a contract start date of 01 April 2019 with a phased mobilisation of services: Hampshire and Isle of Wight beginning on 01 April 2019 and Portsmouth/Southampton beginning on 01 July 2019 for a contract term of 4 years.The annual financial threshold for this procurement is 1647130 GBP (inclusive of CQUIN and VAT). Please note II.1.5 and II.2.6 of this notice states 6588520 GBP exclusive of VAT this is in fact inclusive of VAT.
