Tender description

The BBC Systems and facilities required to capture, produce and distribute the BBC’s content within broadcast and media production facilities. Lot structure Lot 1: Consult Working with the BBC during the plan and shape phase of a project or programme. Lot 2: Install Responsible for installation of equipment to systems designs supplied by the BBC Lot 3: Integrate Responsible for end-to-end integration of systems, services and facilities to deliver outputs that meet BBC requirements. Includes hardware, software and network integration, as required by each project. Lot 3: is split into three sub-lots: Lot 3a: Integrate Small and Medium Scale Systems; Lot 3b: Integrate Large Scale Systems; Lot 3c: Integrate Vehicles. Responsibilities, subject to each project may include: — Business analysis, — Options analysis, — Workflow and systems design, — Cost modelling, — Risk analysis, Responsible for installation of equipment to systems designs supplied by the BBC Responsibilities, subject to each project may include: — Creation and delivery of installation details and documentation, — Equipment supply, — Physical installation, — Configuration, — Commissioning, — Test, — Handover including delivery of asset information in line with BBC standards, — Health and safety management, — Project management of the delivery of the systems integrator’s responsibilities. Responsible for end to end integration of systems, services and facilities to deliver outputs that meet BBC requirements.
