Tender description

Electricity North West Limited requires a Contractor to conduct a visual and infrared inspection of a defined set of approximately 3,870 steel towers and masts within ENWL's operating area according to a defined question set and provide inspection data and supporting photographs in a pre-defined format. This contract is for: — The visual assessment of all the Company’s 33kV and 132kV steel towers and masts, covering the full height and all aspects in accordance with the Company’s condition assessment questions, — The infrared assessment of all the Company’s 33kV and 132kV steel towers conductors and joints to identify areas of elevated temperature, — Provision of inspection data in a format suitable for loading into the Company’s corporate data systems, — Capture of specific photographs of all towers and the provision of these photographs according to a defined naming convention and directory structure.
