Tender description

The scope of this project is to seek a supplier to provide the media and marketing services in the promotion of the 3 European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) programmes under the Humber Business Growth Hub (HBGH). The three schemes are: — Humber Business Growth Hub — Investment Readiness for Growth Scheme (HBGH IRG) – Commenced 1.6.2018, — Humber Business Growth Hub — ICT for Growth Scheme (HBGH ICTG) – Commenced 1.6.2018, — Humber Business Growth Hub – Business Growth Programme (HBGH – PGP) – Start date anticipated to be 1.10.2018. All projects/schemes will be led and administered by Hull City Council on behalf of the Humber Business Growth Hub (Humber LEP) and in partnership with the 3 other Humber local authorities (East Riding of Yorkshire Council, North East Lincolnshire Council, and North Lincolnshire Council). All schemes will need a variety of media and marketing requirements but will include but not limited to the design and build of a web site, design of Hull City Council on behalf of Humber Business Growth Hub (Humber LEP) and in partnership with the three other Humber local authorities (East Riding of Yorkshire Council, North East Lincolnshire Council, and North Lincolnshire Council) are inviting tenders from service providers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity to deliver media and marketing Services under a proposed Framework Agreement. — HBGH – IRG Scheme, — HBGH – ICTG Scheme, — HBGH – BGP Scheme. The contract will be awarded to a single provider to deliver: — A design, build and maintain a website for each of the 3 schemes — To provide media and marketing services as required throughout the term of the contract for each of the 3 schemes. Service providers must be able to deliver all elements of the specification. The contract will cover all media and marketing requirements for the three HBGH projects which will include but will not be limited to: 1. the creation and maintenance of social media including content; 2. the design and production of promotional materials such as leaflets and pull up stands; 3. the development and production of video case studies and 4. the production of articles for media such as newsletters and newspapers.
