Tall Ships Hospitality Provider

Tender description

Liverpool City Council is seeking an experienced hospitality provider to deliver deck parties and day sails as part of the Tall Ships Regatta in 2018. This two-leg event, taking place over the summer of 2018 in north-west Europe, will see a magnificent fleet sail from Liverpool, U.K. to Dublin, Republic of Ireland, and then to Bordeaux, France, in an exciting race through the Irish Sea, Celtic Sea and Bay of Biscay. Liverpool has hosted a Tall Ships event four times before (in 1984, 1992, 2008, and 2012). This will be the fifth event and will mark the 10-year anniversary of Liverpool being named the "European Capital of Culture". The event will also coincide with the Bordeaux Wien Festival a four day event which will take place Liverpool's UNESCO World Heritage Waterfront. Liverpool City Council will be host port for the 2018 Tall Ships Regatta for which Hospitality service in the form of day sails and deck events on board the Tall Ships will be required for the event. Your company will need to register on The Chest (Due North) to be able to receive the opportunity. The documents will only be available on the Chest (available via the Due North site).
