Early market engagement is requested to determine the level of interest in the scheme and identify all potential options that can be explored so that elected members can develop a view on the matter prior to entering into any potential future tendering exercise. Responses must include: 1. An indicative layout of the proposed scheme. 2. A narrative explaining how the proposed scheme meets the brief supplied. 3. A clear indication of the requirements in the brief which can be provided within a viable cost envelope. 4. The reasoning behind the exclusion of any requirements from the submitted proposal.
