Tender description
Carrying out structural repairs to domestic housing stock within Derby with the possibility of public buildings if required. There will be a maximum of 4 service providers on this framework. The procurement will have a maximum spend of £4 million across all service providers. Types of work expected: Underpinning, supplying and fitting lintels, repointing, drainage pipework and plastering repairs. The client does not guarantee an amount (if any) of work or the size of jobs due to this being ad hoc repair work.
