Tender description

Specialist consultant to provide support for the development of an outline business case (OBC) and if acceptable then to develop Final Business Case (FBC) for the LCR CA as part of its devolution proposals to take over the ownership of rail stations. The successful bidder will be required to follow and further develop the 5 Case Business Model in accordance with the requirements set out by HM Treasury and Department for Transport guidelines for each stage of the process. 5 Case Business Model: 1.
