Tender description

The Council would like to invite economic operators (‘Tenderers’) to submit a tender response (‘the Tender’) on the terms set out in the Invitation to Tender (‘ITT’) for selection of a single Contractor (‘the Supplier’) to provide a HOPS and CMS (ITSO based) Solution & Associated Services (‘the Services’). Leicester City and Leicestershire County Council's (the Councils) have a requirement for an ITSO based smart ticketing solution. The solution will require a mix of products and managed services which are being procured under a single tender and will be awarded a single contract but where there will be within that separate provision for the requirements of both local authorities in order that they can ensure that they have the relevant services that they require.
