Tender description

Lincolnshire County Council undertook a procurement for the provision of wellbeing services throughout the county. The aim of the Wellbeing Service is to provide a timely support service which enables people to live healthy independent lives and reduce or delay the need to access Adult care and hospital services. The Council anticipates that the Wellbeing Service will include the following: — assessment of need, for preventative services, — generic support consisting of a home-based generic support, — hospital in-reach, — small aids/ adaptations, — resettlement from hospital to home, — telecare response service, and, — signposting to community support services. Under section 7 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015, the Council designed the following procurement process: — issue and submission of Procurement Pack, Selection Questionnaire and Invitation to Submit Outline Solutions, — shortlisting of Bidders based on Selection Questionnaire responses, — outline Solutions of selected Bidders evaluated, — shortlisting of Bidders based on the evaluation of Outline Solutions, — invitation to Submit Detailed Solutions issued and Detailed Solutions submitted, — dialogue and development of Detailed Solutions, — dialogue Close, — submission and evaluation of Final Tenders, — contract Award.
