Tender description

London Underground requires the provision of labour to install LED Lighting panels within the Saloons of the Bakerloo Line 72TS, these works will have to be carried out on the weekends only (Fridays 22:00 – Sundays 22:00) at Stonebridge Park depot from May 2018 to around Nov 2018. The Bakerloo Line 72TS consists of 36 trains (252 carriages) and are currently lit with fluorescent tubes, there will be a target completion of 1 — 2 trains per weekend. The contractor will be provided training on how to remove the current lights, install the new lighting panels and how to carry out the necessary safety tests. The contractor is responsible for training the rest of their team to an agreed level of competency in order to carry out the works. Interested suppliers are to register on Achilles/RISQS (http://www.achilles.com/en/communities/102-risqs) to respond to the expression of interest and to complete the Selection Questionnaire in order to submit a request to participate in the tender.
