Repair and maintenance services of mechanical building installations

Tender description

The University's current contract for the water systems maintenance is due to expire at the end of July 2018. The University would like to invite interested providers to a market engagement session to help us better understand the current market, prior to us deciding the correct route and content of future contracts. This session will involve giving a short presentation to key stakeholders from the University and their advisors, followed by a Q&A session. The sessions will take place in early February 2018. Water hygiene and legionella control service and emergency reactive contract. To include all required temperature monitoring, showerhead cleaning, TMV, RPZ valve servicing, annual hot water inspections inc. sampling, maintenance and dosing of open and closed systems across all sites.
