Provision of Grounds Maintenance Services

Tender description

Valleys to Coast Housing Ltd (‘V2C’) are seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide grounds maintenance services across the Bridgend County Borough. It is proposed that this arrangement will be a term contract and will be divided into twelve (12) geographical lots with one contractor appointed per lot. The core requirements are grass cutting between the months of April and October. It is important to note that one (1) of the twelve (12) lots will require shrub and hedge maintenance, weed removal and planting of bedding plants in addition to grass cutting. It is anticipated that delivery will commence in April 2018. The proposed contract duration is five (5) years with the option to extend by a further two (2) years. Tendering Organisations must complete the Qualification Response Document and the Lot specific response document for each lot for which they wish to submit a tender in addition to the Qualification response document.
