Summary of the work Provide a product to integrate Lagan CRM and Yotta Mayrise that meets the requirements and specification resulting from the BPR performed by DMBC. Expected Contract Length 4 Months + 1 month optional Latest start date Monday 15 January 2018 Budget Range Between 20k - 25k Why the Work is Being Done To ensure that there is an efficient waste and recycling services to residents Problem to Be Solved 1. Provide integration between YOTTA:Mayrise (Waste and Recycling application) and Kana:LAGAN (CRM) 2. Provide general support to DMBC staff and cross training during the process, including development against any relevant technical integration. Who Are the Users As a citizen of Doncaster or staff member of Doncaster council, I need to access digital services on-line for waste and recycling to improve the customer journey and simplify the process. Existing Team There is an existing digital council team, the team consists of Project managers, Business Analysts, System Analysts and Developers. Current Phase Alpha Skills & Experience • Should be able to demonstrate 2 Years LAGAN integration (4%) • Should be able to demonstrate 2 Years Mayrise integration (4%) • Should be able to demonstrate 2 Years Azure development (4%) • Should be able to demonstrate 2 Years Orchid development (4%) Nice to Haves Should be able to demonstrate 2 Years Agile development life cycle (4%) Work Location Doncaster Working Arrangments Required 3 days a week, must provide their own hardware, business email address, should be capable of working at their own location or on site. Security Clearance None, must comply with BPSS.
