PP18012 - Demolition of Northicote School & Bushbury Community Cente

Tender description

The demolitions and removal of demolished materials off site of existing buildings, including foundations, vegetation and services as well as asbestos removal at Northicote School & Bushbury Community Cente located on the Northwood Park Road, Wolverhampton, WV10 8ER. The Works in detail comprise the removal of asbestos from all buildings within the site; The subsequent demolition of the existing buildings and all associated outbuildings, structures and features including basements, tunnels, foundations, bases, sumps and floor slabs; Reinstatement works; following demolition of the buildings, backfilling of voids and making up levels as required with either suitable site arisings or imported granular materials of an approved grade which is to include testing as specified. The proposed terms and conditions for this project are the JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractors Design (ICD), 2016 Edition. It is assumed that any supplier returning a tender for this requirement will have a copy and is familiar with these terms and conditions and will have previous experience of executing contracts on this basis.
