Tender description

Wiltshire Council is seeking to commission new Housing Related Support contracts for customers who need an element of support to enable them to maintain a tenancy and live independently. The service will ensure that a person-centered approach is undertaken at all times which promotes the independence of customers, the achievement of outcomes and a reduced dependency upon statutory services. The providers successful in bidding for this service will be able to ensure that customers are adequately supported and encouraged to manage their own personal affairs, and move towards independent living, and will ensure that the defined outcomes are met. The council is looking to award contracts for a 3 years period (with a possible extension of a further 2 years) during which time the development of the market will be reviewed. Housing Related Support - High Risk Offenders. Housing Related Support - Single Homeless. Housing Related Support - Temporary Accommodation. Housing Related Support - Young Parents. Housing Related Support - Young People.
