Tender description

Gateshead Council has a requirement for a supplier or suppliers to provide a network technologies support services contract. the contract will be split into 3 lots which are titled: Data Network, Telephony Network, and IT Security. Each of the lots will have the following broadly similar requirements: — supply of IT equipment, — support and maintenance services, — provision of ad-hoc specialist advice, — implementation and project management services, and, — customer relationship and account management.
