Tender description
You are invited to tender for a Phase Doppler Interferometer (PDI). A PDI is capable of measuring the statistical distribution of droplet (or particle) diameters and their velocity at a single point. In phase Doppler interferometry, a laser beam is split into 2 beams of roughly equal strength, and then they are crossed in space at a known crossing angle using a focusing optic (the “transmitter”).
