Tender description

The Kent and Medway Transforming Care Programme is holding a provider consultation event. The TCP will be presenting information on need and a proposal for community living for people with a learning disability and/or autism who have a mental health condition or behaviours that challenge and offending behaviour stepping down from secure services. The event will be appropriate for Support or Housing Providers. A maximum of two individuals per provider may attend. The event will be held at: The Lecture Theatre Sessions House County Hall Maidstone ME14 1XQ On 29 January, 10am. Please RSVP to hannah.chandler@kent.gov.uk by 1200 on 26 January 2018.
