St Leger Homes of Doncaster Limited (SLHD) is an Arms Length Management Company set up by Doncaster Council to manage all council housing in the Doncaster Borough. Circa 22,000 homes are managed along with a portfolio of shopping parades, garage sites, and open plan land. SLHD is looking for a supplier to provide, design and implements a fully integrated specialist housing management software solution. The tender exercise will seek to identify a solution which can provide system capability, usability, and integration across the whole organization as well as providing accurate timely accessible information.
