Hire of Marquee

Tender description

The London Borough of Hillingdon is running a tender competition for the hire of a marquee for the day of 22 March 2018, to be placed near the Battle of Britain Bunker, Wren Avenue, Uxbridge, UB10 0FD Exact location for placement: https://goo.gl/maps/jYkmLGQ4R4N2 to include: * lighting * mains power for keyboard and around another 4 items of equip. * a performing space for around 150 children, standing * space for a medium sized band at the same end as the children ­ * about 220 chairs, of which 200 for use of audience * floor surface throughout * in a perfect world we would also have mats for children to sit on when not performing but maybe able to source these from elsewhere. This event has previously run in a Barn venue of 385 sqm (c 12m x 34m) , so we are looking for a marguee of similar size (could be wider and shorter to achieve the same capacity). Marquee needs to be in place by 10am on the morning of 22 March (so it's up to the company whether that means setting up the day before).
