North Lincolnshire Council is looking to procure a “Road Safety Triage” and “Managed Data” Service on behalf of the “Safer Roads Humber” partnership incorporating the 4 nº. Humber region Authorities (North Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire, East Riding of Yorkshire and City of Hull) to help deliver the following: to comply with the “Duty to Maintain the Highway – Highway Act 1980 (section 41)”, to comply with the “Duty to Improve Road Safety – Road Traffic Act 1988 (section 39)”, to comply with the “Local Government & Public Involvement in Health Act 2007”, the Contract will be managed by North East Lincolnshire Council. To have a comprehensive survey of our designated road network recorded in a format that will allow future interrogation and interpretation.
