The Council is wishing to procure an innovative Behaviour Change for Healthier Lifestyles Programme for the residents of Bristol across all ages who want to take control of their own health and wellbeing and change their health-related behavior. It will be a model that is empowering, enabling and motivating and centered around support to change modifiable lifestyle behaviors, specifically smoking, physical inactivity, unhealthy eating, alcohol use and overweight/obesity.
