Evaluation of the "Preparing for the CEO role in the Further Education and Training Sector" programm

Tender description

This project aims to effectively evaluate the "Preparing for the CEO role in the Further Education and Training Sector" programme currently run by Oxford Said Business School for the Education and Training Foundation. The evaluation will identify both the impact on the participants in the programme, in terms of their increased skills and career development, as well as the impact on their organisation and learners. It will provide us with an understanding of the success of the programme for the participants, the organisations and learners, and therefore sector as a whole. It will enable us to provide reports to DfE on the value and success of the programme, and any future potential changes required. The evaluation will use data gathered through the assessment centre and through the programme itself, as well as data on improvements and achievements from participants' organisations, and primary data collection from participants. The evaluation is planned for two years, to enable some longitudinal analysis of the impact of the programme.
