Central Bedfordshire Council together with Bedford Borough Council would like to invite tenders for the delivery of a community-based domestic abuse perpetrator service, to challenge and tackle the behaviour and beliefs of perpetrators who are not being dealt with under the criminal justice system, and offer support to their victims and families.
